Feliz Natal 2025

Estamos no final de dezembro. Hoje é dia 25, celebramos o Natal e, daqui a exatamente uma semana, iniciaremos o ano de 2026.

Há muito tempo o Natal deixou de ser apenas um feriado religioso. Ele vai além da religião e se tornou um momento para celebrar a família, a união e as conquistas construídas ao longo do ano.

No Brasil, dezembro é um período em que o país desacelera: o mercado de presentes e as preparações de Natal dominam o consumo. Muitos aproveitam essa época para postergar tarefas, enrolando na conclusão de suas funções e deixando tudo para depois das festas, um hábito que, a cada ano, se torna cada vez mais comum.

Quem tem mais responsabilidade, no entanto, encara o mês de dezembro com a mesma seriedade que qualquer outro, mantendo a postura de entrega. E, se for esperto, consegue até aproveitar o período de consumo do Natal a seu favor.

Estamos vivendo um momento muito estranho no Brasil. Muitos preços subindo e uma boa parte da população querendo trabalhar menos. Este ano fiquei surpreso com a quantidade de pessoas com quem conversei que parecem não ter noção do verdadeiro valor do dinheiro.

Apesar de todas as dificuldades e desafios, sabemos que cada um tem sua batalha individual. Quem se esforçou, planejou e entregou resultados sabe o valor do próprio trabalho e isso fala por si só. Para 2026, que cada um possa fazer melhor, aproveitar oportunidades e celebrar conquistas com responsabilidade e consciência.

We are at the end of December. Today is the 25th, we celebrate Christmas, and in exactly one week, we will welcome the year 2026.

Christmas has long ceased to be just a religious holiday. It goes beyond religion and has become a time to celebrate family, unity, and the achievements built throughout the year.

In Brazil, December is a period when the country slows down: the gift market and Christmas preparations dominate consumption. Many take this time to postpone tasks, dragging out the completion of their responsibilities and leaving everything for after the holidays, a habit that, each year, becomes increasingly common.

Those with more responsibility, however, approach December with the same seriousness as any other month, maintaining their commitment and delivery. And, if they are smart, they can even take advantage of the holiday consumption period to their benefit.

We are living through a very strange moment in Brazil. Prices are rising, and a large part of the population wants to work less. This year, I was surprised by the number of people I spoke with who seem to have no understanding of the true value of money.

Despite all difficulties and challenges, we know that everyone has their own individual battles. Those who worked hard, planned, and delivered results know the value of their work and that speaks for itself. For 2026, may everyone do better, seize opportunities, and celebrate achievements with responsibility and awareness.
